FEP, PFA & PTFE Ball Valves

FEP lined Ball Valves are best suitable for paper and pulp industries. It can bear 180°C working temperature with 10kg/cm2 pressure. These unique properties make it superior to alloys. The thermoplastics are non-sticky so FEP lined Ball Valves are ideal for slurries and viscous materials.

FEP is the soften-processed version of PTFE and has similar properties to PTFE except for temperature. In spite of this, FEP can be smoothly processed and can be weld and re-molded into complex profiles very easily. FEP comes with unique properties like welding and remodeling potential, full opposition to chemicals and UV, Bio-compatible, and clear color.

PFA Ball Valve

PFA lined Ball Valves are highly used in oil and gas industries. PFA lined valves can take up to 230°C temperature with 10kg/cm2. PFA lined valves carry similar qualities and properties to FEP but PFA has more temperature bearing capacity rather than FEP materials.

With thermoplastic properties, PFA lined valves detach themselves by possessing many different benefits. The PFA material has the highest working temperature capacity in thermoplastics. The continuous working temperature of +260°C – This is the highest working temperature for any fluoroplastic. It is potential for Welding and re-molding, good protest of permeability with great chemical resistance, even at exalted temperatures. It is biocompatible and available in high purity grades. 

It highlights the best chemical resistance, resistance to any strong acid (including water), strong alkali, grease, insoluble in any solvent, the best aging resistance, almost all viscous substances can not adhere to its surface, and completely fireproof.

PTFE Lined Ball Valve

PTFE comes up with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistless properties. Best for sealing, high lubrication and non-viscosity, electrical insulation, and good aging resistance media like strong acid, strong alkali, and strong oxidant.
